Since our Passat has the door switch internal to the latch, I tested the same theory by opening the door and triggering the latch with a screwdriver. Beste Allemaal, Ik ben in het bezit van een passat B7 variant Highline. Sinds kort heb ik een probleem met het start stop systeem. Start relais 1 en 2 geven een massa probleem. Kabels zijn nagekeken en er zijn nieuwe relais geplaatst. Net vanavond weer een storing gekregen. Gloeispiraal lampje brandt en mijn cruise control lampje brandt.

On the Passat there is a button to the side of the gearshift that turns the auto stop/start off, I assume the EOS will be the same. Enjoy your new car! Adam.
