The GPW-2000 is an advanced and very large G-Shock watch featuring GPS position information and three methods of automatic time correction (Multi-Band 6, Bluetooth smartphone link, and GPS). Originally launched in 2017, it seems to be available only in Japan as of 2022.

The current Astron 5X GPS will do the daylight savings thing as it is programmed in. Of course Seiko has a whole line of GPS sync clocks. You won't find a soft resin one for any of the GPWs. Thanks, I’ve used JaysandKays adapters on other G-shocks but AFAIK they don’t have anything that works out of box for this GPW GM. I agree. Stiff and annoying. Jays & Kays has a great bit of kit for the monster Mudmaster but they have no interest, as of July 22, to make a similar adapter

Its hour and minute hands stop after one day of working and then I should recalibrate again. I also open a topic last year but it did not help. I'm living in Iran and there is no customer service.
The only thing that might be considered bad is the noise of the scroll wheel after breaking it in. You could lube it like I did for the black one and it stopped making that rattle sound. It’s not lose at all just a tad noisy. 1. PeaceOfKake.
Feb 7, 2015 · There was a Casio rep on the show, and in the course of talking about different watches he mentioned that there are 3 g-shock factories -- one in Japan (he mentioned Yamagata by name), one in Thailand, and one in China. So that seems to settle it. Any g-shock made in Japan comes from the Yamagata factory.
